The Rocky Mountain Cycling Club is proud to offer a collection of 17 timed rides from its schedule for people wanting a special challenge. You can do one, some, or all.

All rides listed are in the traditional French format (brevet style), with a mass start, checkpoints, time cards, and check-in at finish.

All 17 are club events, and 16 "kilometer" rides (six 120K’s, three 200K’s, three 300K’s, a 400K, a 600K, and a 1,000K) require membership. The 1,200km has a cost recovery fee but does not require membership. These are self-supporting rides (randonneur style), meaning that most checkpoints are at convenience stores where water and nourishment are available.

The "kilometer" rides are Colorado Brevet events. For these rides, cyclists must follow the rules for brevets.

Contact John Lee Ellis for more information on any "K" ride.

To register for the Challenge Series 2004, print the application form, fill it out, and send it to the address indicated on the form.
