Brevet/Randonnée

Conducted under the auspices of Randonneurs USA (RUSA), a brevet/randonnée is a challenging endurance event, which can be use to qualify for super-randonnée events. More like a rally for well-conditioned cyclists, its distances must be completed within a specified time limit, and checkpoints and some night riding can be involved. Pre-registration is required. Brevets can be used to qualify for PBP (Paris-Brest-Paris), BMB (Boston-Montreal-Boston), and other 1200K ultra-marathon events. Contact John Lee Ellis for more information, or click here.
